Awesome sums it up

Great menu music, great animations. I remember playing skifreak when I was like 7 years old. I got so freaked out by that monster when it came after you lol... thanks for the bad memories! hehe...

Not bad...

In fact, I like it! sure it may be awful, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. The motions are fluid, albeit somewhat repetitive, and could make it longer, but, as you said, it was an experiment, but a good one, nonetheless. 7/10 4/5

Amazing...

Simply amazing story you have here. Kinda reminds me about what life would have been like 50 years ago in America, the Black people being discriminated against by the whites, but only in this case, they're Rabbit people and Cat people (anthros, if you will) and they don't mind each other, so long as they don't have any attraction to each other.

In all the other "There She Is" you have, it's more comedic in a sense that she is attracted to him while he feels an attraction but knows it's wrong. But, in this one, It shows the struggles that they have to go through in such a way that it makes you feel like you want them to be together, even though they can't be. You just want the other people to leave them alone and let them live their lives peacefully.

Anyways, I can't wait until the next one comes out. I'm sure it will outshine the rest of them.

Decent

I don't know why most people are hating on this... It's great compared to some smups out there, however still have some flaws;

I found that Ion Flux was much better compared to the Omni Wave due to most of the enemies shooting back at you if you hit them. The OW covers most of the screen, hitting more enemies, therefore forcing you to dodge more bullets.

From the beginning you can choose any level you want to go to. After the first couple levels, I got the Trilaser and just went to the second last level and grinded until i got to the Ion Flux, easily allowing me to plat the lower levels and gain Attractor and Shields.

My suggestions for future games would be to make levels available only after unlocking them, however make them re-playable so that we may gain levels.

Further upgrades you may wish to include would be to include different styles of weapons, i.e. beam weapons, wave weapons, etc, as well as adding a shop where you can buy side crafts which auto-fire bullets, missiles, etc. Bomb purchases would be better too, rather than earning them only in the level.

...However one-button games can only go so far. Sure there was a bit of challenge provided, I racked up a total of 235 deaths on my first run through, and, on my second run, only 128. Once you have the timing down, it's only the precision double or triple jumps or tight spaces which mess you up.

This is a great song. nothing bad here, and when on a continuous loop, it blends together really well. The only real problem is that it's only a minute long(-1 for that, but still giving 5/5 ). Love the additional instruments at 0:27.

I personally find that this is better than Heaven Rd. 2, don't know why, though.
